Beyond the Vortex is a series of brief audio documentaries about the making of Doctor Who: The Eighth Doctor Adventures, intended to accompany the audio adventures of the Doctor (Paul MacGann) and Lucie Miller (Sheridan Smith) in much the same way as Doctor Who Confidential accompanies Doctor Who on TV.

The six episodes of Series Two were broadcast weekly on BBC7 from 19 October 2008 to 23 November 2008.
